However, if you're seen the tether incident footage (mentioned in this video's description) you'll see the same kind of UFOs flying around the tether. They appear like donuts; round with a hole in the center.

No I don't. The reason why is that the video isn't grainy, and the camera is at infinite focus. The colors are too bright and the edges of the ISS are too sharp. To me it appears as if this is from a telescope.
I don't see anything here, only the baby station and it's solar arrays.
