I dont mind the snubs&slights in public. stares&whispers on the bus or the airplane. WHat worries me is the systematic condemnation of the religion I learned to love&follow;&gave me the strength to cope w/this hate,is broadcasted on TV&talk shows globally. Yeah, its used for purposes of war&profit; I know. But bombs&bullets are used to kill innocent families living in their homes&communities.Islam promotes, peaceful, righteous citizens everywhere. What is occurring now is that people are waking up and realizing that they are being told one thing but shown another.
Religious discrimination and persecution are illegal in the US and most if not all western nations. Islam "says" it is a religion of choice. That is fine on paper, but not only is religious persecution NOT illegal in ANY islamic country, it is encouraged in most and outright mandated in many.
