Hey Tom - that's a great version, regardless of tuning. I play it in 'Dead Man's' tuning (g#BEBE) - which really helps with those left hand pull-offs. I looked for tabs but never did find any. Ended up getting it by ear from some fine versions at the banjohangout. See the vid on my channel if you're interested in the result!
I have seen yours already and I've got to say I think its one of the best I've seen ! Sounds great, especially on the fretless. I shall tune up and do a lot of re-playing of your version !
R.D Lunceford plays Shavin' a Dead Man on his Drop Thumb C.D. He plays it in g#BEBE/f#ADAD (capo2)
Along with the C.D. you can purchase a tablet of tablatures to all of the tunes on the C.D. He also writes background on the tunes and some of his own history. I highly recommend both the C.D. and the tab book.
Great tune and very well played.

Thats the tuning I couldn't remember. Thanks.
Nicely played in the Dub tuning. I usually play this out of G tuning, but its not really the same song at that point I dont think.
