Another method I find out is after getting the palisades mall shortcut, go to the M room at the entrance to Atlantis casino, create a hacker and use it on the ATMs, you get $10,000 for every ATM, there are 2 in palisades and another 2 in the Atlantis casino for $40, 000 after that return to Palisades, create another hacker and repeat.
