Debbie, for God's sake, read a book on economics 101. All oil in the middle east is sold at auction- so it doesn't benefit the oil companys in any way, shape, or form for us to be over there. Halliburton is an oil services company, the only one in the world with the ability to service the entire world the way they do- they are involved in Transport only- The pipeline you refer to was supposed to be built during the CLinton administration, but the company went bankrupt, and it was not Halliburton.Blackwater isn't that large of a company, and with the risks they take in  volitile regions of the world, they should profit trememdously, otherwise, why be in the security business?
