@morbidpancakes They are so good. Theyre sweet but not too sweet. just boil in water and peel back the skin and eat them. You can buy them in asian markets.

The newest episodes uploaded have better sound, probably because they're more recent. These are older episodes, ICA has 8 seasons after all.

I am so confused. i saw an ICA with Cat Cora when she did puff pastry from May 2009. Why is this called her debut. Can someone explain please. And Thank you Mchan for uploading any of these.

The dates you see on Youtube are the dates the videos were uploaded. They are not related to the dates the show actually aired. For example, this potato battle is shown as being from September of 2009, but the episode actually aired back in 2005.
