Though i would say Mig31 could be compared to F15C, but even that is a stretch.

@mattmatt115 How can you compare F15E with Su35, the one is just 4gen fighter the other is 4++ gen fighter.F-15E cant come even close to any catagorie of Su-35.Inferior,in maneuvrability,radar,climb ratio,weapon range...There is no counterpart from US to russia in 4 gen fighters.USA dont have 4gen++ fighters.
