Frame rate is superb as being hand held is worst case scenario as all pixels on the frame are in motion for the slightest movement however the processing software holds the video images intact. Backlight option would have been good or if you have a means to manually increase aperture to adjust lighting for inside the tent... Practice at home by being inside rec video by facing a window with half the view... Adjust camera so that you can see anything inside without it being a silhouette. I li
