If action movies were realistic they wouldn't be entertaining to watch. I for one don't care we all know theres no way this is possible does not make it good watching :D
You forget, the body of the airplane creates a pocket of negative air mass behind it, allowing Bond to "draft" and thereby increase his speed in approach. Also, as the plane is falling faster than the proportional propeller rotational velocity for that falling speed, the propeller will act as a drag coefficient to the plane, thereby slowing it down further. Just a thought.
@dueschlander correct...the wind-pocket-thing is a important fact to decide if this case is possible or not.And the other thing is: wind-resistance is given by the shape of the fallen body.the drop-shape has the smallest resistance(so its falling the fastest possible speed at freefalling in air). The body of james is more drop-shape,than the airplane, even if the airplane have a started motor. The airplane also have opened doors which caches wind like a parachute. So yes, ITS POSSIBLE!
Wait - something in a Bond film isn't feasible...my god this is horrible news. (By the way it is possible for him to catch up to the plane, by increasing the speed of his fall by positioning his body the right way. Nice try though.)

Hmmm... let's just assume that the plane stayed level for a little while, due to its initial speed with the wings, and James began falling right away :)... then we can omit the scene where he's SOMEHOW falling faster than the plane, and rather have him falling WITH the plane, slightly steering himself toward the door. As long as not enough time has passed for him to reach his peak speed, he should be fine. :)
the airspeed needed for a small plane alike to the one shown is around 80 knots, at that speed the plane would not have dived straight down as protrayed in this clip, it would have left the cliff and fallen at around 150 degrees from the runway. If james had reached a speed of at least 70 miles an hour and dived as aerodynamically as possible whilst catching the plane it is slightly possible
Of course James Bond could do this--he out-ran the bad guys in a Citroen 2CV (see For Your Eyes Only!)

the plane used to create the film was a pilatus porter turbo with an average take-off weight of 2500 kg ;)

@dueschlander I agree. It's possible, but the probability that he'll make it is about .000025%.
