  • College may be a good time to sample different courses that would otherwise never be sampled. However, are students really paying tuition dollars for this experience? The farce is to mask the fact that the teacher could not create anything with dignity that recreational beginners could do, even for a non-major, first time ever dance course. How does this wasted and degrading experience served to enhance the student's education? Every "dancing school" teacher can do better for a recital.

  • the students choreographed their pieces themselves not the teacher. it was an opportunity for us to take our favorite things that we had learned and just have fun with it. this wasn't a formal recital it was what my school calls performance day where each technique class shows what the learned throughout the semester. it was by no means a "wasted or degrading" experiece. What we learned throughout the semester was more than I ever thought possbile.

  • btw...you just criticized the #6 theatre and dance school in the nation.

oh and also, last year a piece from our Master Chorographers formal, faculty choreographed dance concert was chosen for presentation at the National College Dance Festival. Only 30 works from across the country are chosen for this national festival.

  • HAHAHAHAHA I love those boys in the beginning xD

  • LMAO, wierd, but was so funny :P
