  • ive got a question: is lg lw980t the same like lw980s? i was looking in the homepage of lg and they cant find the lw980t only lw980s(homepage lg spain). and lw980s have the same features like lw980s. thanks

  • @xXsolYsolXx The 980S has a different internal TV tuner. The 980T tuner is DVBT-2 (for the UK - Freeview HD)

  • @LGBlogUK thank you!

  • when does this tv come out lgbloguk

  • when does this tv come out

  • Yea they say a lot aout the glasses being cheaper, better, no batteries and so on .. but the fact is the battery operated glasses, which yea cost £130 give SUCH a better 3D experience, u think cinema 3D is good? The active 3D u get with the big glasses is out standing and that why i would rather pay the price for it!

  • @RaiNy24DaY Some people find active glasses give them a headache (due to the flickering) but with our glasses you can have as many friends and family round to watch the 3D sports or movie without having to worry about that or the other bits you mentioned. :)

  • @LGBlogUK how much money does this cost

  • @LGBlogUK is the LW980S compatible with gaming 3d? and if yes, how does it work? because most 3d games are nvidia 3d ready...

  • @CrimnlBT The LW980T is the UK model and it supports all kinds of Home Entertainment 3D video. (SidexSide, Frame Sequential, Checkerboard) i'm not sure about PC's but if they output the same kind of 3D as a blu-ray player (@1080p) the TV will certainly recognise it. :)

  • @LGBlogUK ok thx, because i thought of plugging it to my pc for high def gaming when its bought :)

  • @RaiNy24DaY Hell no! Look at the technical aspects.Learn how it works and ull see!! BOTH will give the SAME amount of 3Dism but passive 3d resolution will be slightly lower Also the active ones have a one eye blocked atany given moment ! therefore your bain merges the left + right eye image but since one is black , the merged image u see will be HALF THE BRIGHTNESS :O Just telling bro :)

  • @RaiNy24DaY Active glasses are horrible heavy and flicker like crazy also limit your to 30FPS so not that great for gaming. The are both 1080p. I prefer LGs smart menu also.

  • hahaha this is funny

  • 1:34 LOL

  • Waited a long time for this TV! I’m curious at what price it’ll be offered, and when it’s going to be available!

Heard also something about Dual-play, but I don’t see it in this commercial… I’m curious if it’s going to be a feature on this tv.

  • @martijncox1 Hi Martin, Dual Play is on this TV model, the pricing is still to be confirmed by our retailers and it will be available from the end of september. :)

  • @LGBlogUK

Will Dual-Play require that the games support it or is it Native?
