The facts are that we currently allow 125,000 new immigrants to legally enter the country every single month of the year. 80% or 100,000 per month of those are from Mexico. Why does Mexico get the lions share of legal immigration when there are so many from countries that are much more destitute? I agree that people should be documented when they come here, but some Americans just see it as they are low lifes. All they want is a chance.

I absolutely agree with immigration into this country, LEGALLY. Crossing the desert on foot and leaving TONS of trash, destroying the Sonora Desert's ecosystem, is not the way. Why is it better to break the law to come here just because it takes too long to come here legally? Also, the human traficking going on in the desert is harming the MEXICANS THEMSELVES. Women and children are raped out there. What about human rights? These women and children are not protected in the desert.

Because of this illegal alien invasion 1 in 13 drivers on the road in georgia are unlicensed and uninsured , not only is this effecting public safety but also our pocketbook ( auto insurance )
But how many American citizens also got arrested for such crime in the same period? Furthermore, how many immigrants did NOT get arrested in the same period? Crime is a fact of life, but it has been proven not to be attributed to a culture, but rather socio-economic conditions.
In a four day period ( aug 23-26 ) here in Gwinnett county Geogia 451 people were book into the county jail , of those 106 were hispanics , of the 106 83 were arrested for driving without a license , 31 out of that 106 were also arrested for dui and 5 for dealing drugs , and this was just in four days! , it doesn't sound like they're comming here to just better their families, we also get a lot of their gang members , murderers , drunks , drug dealers etc.

I'm a 19 year old Mexican American. I graduated high school with honors and a football scholarship. My father was an immigrant who came over and met my white mother.
