Hellow man! First of all thanks for the video, second of all, i did put my iphone in recovery mode and plugged it into itunes,everything is working very well,but, when it showed me the itunes image with usb,* like the one in 1:55* , it started downloading the software, as so, my iphone went on automatically when it reached 200 MB ( of downloading) , that seems wierd? nothing is deleted my iphone is just how it was before. its Turned on now in-front of me.

@nhertzog081 When you reinstall your backup, it's going to install all your "Legal" apps, contacts, emails etc. Cydia & the jailbreak will not be put back onto your iDevice...

I did exactly everything in this video for my iPod touch 4g, everything seems to have worked. I have an app called BatteryDoctor and under system settings it says "Jailbroken > No", when prior to the restore it said, Yes. As well iBooks works whereas it didn't when it was jailbroken.

All the Cydia files have vanished, my custom name on the top left is gone, but I can still see the percentage number next to the battery icon. . o_O .. has my iPod touch been restored?

@Ausjor97 Simple Answer is YES...  If you "UnJailBreak" your iPhone, iPod or iPad properly, Apple will not be able to VOID your warranty because there's no way for them to detect or trace that your "iDevice" (iPod in your case) was EVER JAILBROKEN.

Hey, so Iv'e got this problem. Before I jailbroke my iPod 4th g I backed it up on my computer, and all was good and fine, untill I plugged it in the second time to the computer and it autamticlly backed it up again, so when I tried to find the last backup I did, strangely it just dissapeared to nowhere... The question is if I want to ever restore my iPod, will it still restore it to the time it wasnt jailbroken, or it will stay jailbroken after the restore?

@aboutthemusic101 That's a really good question, and I don't know the answer. I've never paid attention to my SMS messages as to whether or not they're restored. My gut instinct is to say they would be, but again I don't know for a fact. The only way to find out is to do it, I guess.
