  • @hunter4hire fuck up du u have the money resoucers to pay for it if not shut the fuck up ae ur a fuckn idiot if u think they would du that dipshit

  • @crazyhigh2244 Dude, I was just pointing that out out of pure amusement, since I live there, and frankly I'm proud they filmed it here, you would have the same opinion if you lived here & have been to all those areas, its just funny! Also, the movie Vertical Limit actually was filmed 50% at K2! so STFU! it's Hollywood! I was just stating facts, and you seem to have none. Next time, don't read comments so offensively.

  • @hunter4hire true i am proud of the lord of the rings being shot in nz. and i would like to knw what STFU stands for?

  • @crazyhigh2244 google it.

  • @hunter4hire it was four words why cudnt u have wrote it. or r u scard ur mummy will see it.lol (by the way that means laugh out loud)

  • @crazyhigh2244 really? I never would have guessed it!)

dude, why the fuck are you still going on about this, except to troll me. I'm done responding you.

  • This is the BEST mountain climbing movie EVER made....And one of the BEST movies of ALLTIME!!!

  • 1 of 4 climbers die on this mountain. And 1 of 10 on Everest. I still want to climb this shit before I die. But I hope I wont die doing it.

  • Bra, you rock for taking the time to upload. It was a great story about friendship. And, no film about alpinism is bad.

  • Certainly it's better than that wretched TV movie based on "Into Thin Air." I seem to remember that this was (very) loosely based on the epic k2 climb by Jim Wickwire and Lou Reichardt. I remember that Wickwire had an open bivy on the mountain.

  • Thanks for uploading, cause youre uploading a lot of great stuff here. this film was terrific, :-) but its always fun to see films about alpinism (even the bad ones).

  • @bluesfun, thanks for comments and for watching. Its definitely not accurate. But ususally you have to accept the world and rules that director created. Or you will hate it. And this movie was based on screenplay "K2" that was staged in theaters where no mountains was there and most of the time Taylor and Harold just talk.

I just think this movie is full of love, and made with love. It's very underrated. IMO, of course..

  • @bluesfun as u can see in the end we pakistani dont leav our friends behind if u have done any favore 2 us and u have allso seen in the end u r own american people want 2 leave u allone on the world most dangerous montain k2 so at list whan u think of going 2 k2 take a muslim friend with u

  • I realize the movie might not be very realistic, but as an armchair adventurer, I thought it to be ok.

  • hmmmm. helicopters that high -- really? when a rescue at Everest's base camp back in 97 was a major event (& exception)?

  • What a crock of shit this film is, nearly painfully bad really...

  • This is the best part. Thanks for uploading. And forgive the bitching.

  • a helicopter that high?noway

  • @Theokondak see u r own american team man want 2 live u allone on k2 but we pakistani never live u allone bhaind thanks all so 2 nazir

  • @imranog1 firstly i am not American.Secondly, Americans directed this movie, which is tragic...has so many mistakes that at some points its unwatchable.Besides, a helicopter flying that high is a matter of physics, not nationality...common fukn sense.

  • He preferred to die with his friend than to live with the guilt of leaving him behind, awesome!

  • Thanks to Pakistan Air Force for saving them ...:)

  • Amazing movie .. i had tears in my eyes .. coz i'm from Pakistan and i have been to "Nanga Parbat" base camp. It's such a heavenly experience kept by God for only those who dare the death.

  • Pakistani pilots are the best in the whole wide world. In 2010 world's most dangerous rescue operation was done on Nanga Parbat (Killer mountain, officially the most dangerous in the world) by Pakistani pilots at the risk of their own lives saving an Italian climber. The helicopter had been fled at twise the hight of its maximum range. There was no place of landing. One sledge was in the air and propeller was 1 foot away from wall. Isn't it amazing? How professional they really are!!!
