He went down with the ship, didn't he? He was a "means justify the ends" type of prosecutor who I saw a lot of as a former Dallas County, Texas prosecutor myself. L&O was a great show and one of the beauties of it was that showed the corrupt side of twerp bully prosecutors like Jack McCoy.. Do you remember the show when they tried to have him disbarred and Jamie Ross testified against him at the "Grievance Panel"? For whatever reason, we never saw how that turned out. I guess he won.
Lor & Odor stunk after they lost Fred Thompson, Jerry Orbach, and Denny Farina. Not even Ed Green (Jesse Martin) could carry that show. As for Sam Waterston, the so-called "staple", did you ever see him in "The Great Gatsby"?. He was a sissy then and still is. He should do commercials for Bill Clinton's underwear.
@TheQueHegan I lov McCoy, but I disgaree whole-heartedly. There were some good eps before McCoy came in, though the character was a hell of a lot better than Stone.

@WilliamDRowlett Guess you'd know a thing or two about corruption, being a prosecutor from Texas.
