I've watched this video several times and it might have something to do with how I'm obsessed with this song but it's also a very cool video good job. :)
I thought the video was excellent...I liked the continuous use of water, and mirrors. Some of the things in the video were taken exactly from the lyrics, like the bank, but other than being too literal at points, it was great.
This was captivating. Well edited, worked right along with the song; really captured the feeling. The only thing I found distracting was the youth of all the players involved. The highschool girl was understandable with her frame of reference, but the cabin owner, the gentleman driving to the cemetary and the one delivering the letter needed to be a good bit older to fit within their context.
Don't really care either way for video. With that said, this song is epic! You can take almost any 2 lines in this song and say it to someone and it will have meaning to them at some aspect of their life. When I listen to this song when i'm down, it actually picks me up!

All i can say is it was decent, there was no corelation between the highschool girl and the gut, the coke can opening was abit over the top, and skiping the solo was unnesicary, next time just put as much heart in the video as you do in the song.

Okay, I'm looking at this from a completely different point-of-view than the musical aspects of the video. I think this song is dimensional enough to be interpreted this way, so I'm not peeved one bit. I thought this was truly ingenuine for several different reasons. The editing was awesome. I really need to emphasize that point for it was. I have seen tons of videos done by teenagers and I thought this was one of the best. I'm also very provoked by the use of the camera. Beauticious!
