isn't that the point of having a case in the first place, to protect the product inside? apple has already attached a case to the ipod/iphone. why add layers? it's just like putting a plastic covering on your couch. why don't you buy a case for your case so your case doesn't get scratched? where will it end?

black chrome is not a glossy black. It is a darkened shade of chrome that nearly looks black. Black gloss is actually black but has a highly reflective finish (glossy).

@TitaniumToothpaste you take a set of rims (or any metal) have one rim sent out to get chromed with black chrome, and another sent to a paint shop and painted gloss black. I can assure you they will come back looking considerably different. They are not the same.

white is best, doesnt show fingerprints and if it gets scratched you cant see them because the light reflects off the white. Just wish I could find a screen protector which is a little smaller as sometimes my case catches the sides no matter how straight I put it on.
