My mother worked with Ozel before she had plastic surgeries that changed her appearance drastically. She thinks it is her. Ozel's costumes were very expensive even for the time. Highest quality she was such a star.
"Baclava, lucum, kantaif" is singing this original child of Orient (I bet he's from Turkey and his name is not Miguel) and he's making a delectable reference to some delicious and famous confections, that are prepared in Turkey, Lebanon, Greece etc...
@pausikraipalos, I thought he looked Turkish, too. He might be a French gypsy, since he lives in France and sings in French. Many gypsies in France have Spanish names.
I seriously doubt this is Ozel Turkbas; it doesn't look like her at all. But this is still very cool! Wondering who the singer is also and what year this came out.
The singer is Miguel Cordoba. Wasn't able to find much about him through Google. He's singing in French. I really want to see more of this dancer. Pity we may never know who she is.

Admirer of Ozel :) Have fallen in love with this song - does anyone know who the singer is and what the song is called? I would like the music but can't find anything relating to the title on this video :(

You are correct sir. I fixed the information. It was not Ozel Turkbas.
