Because Israel is blocking a resolution of the refugee problem it must be singled out for criticism.

The Gaza Strip is not a state, it is Occupied Palestinian Territory along with the West Bank. Hamas was democratically elected by the Palestinian people in 2005. In fact, 80% of the wall/fence/separation barrier is INSIDE the West Bank. If it was created for security reasons why annex land?
