It´s a shame to use this camera with such an ashtray-bottom-lens like the Canon EF 4,5-5,6/70-300 mm DO IS USM

Its also a shame that Canon doesn't welcome Commander Mode to trigger remote flashes or am I wrong? If moved at the pace of Nikon there accomplishments would frighten me. Still can't believe this camera doesn't more; some 1Ds Mark II's still cost more.

funny that Canon puts a piece of tape on their 1D series cameras in shows, while Hasselblad lets u take test shots with ur own cards :P

How is the LCD? 920k dots like the 5D Mark II or still the 230K dots in the Mark III?

It is the higher 920k dots so very clear

The camera was a show demo unit so I would think it is to discourage people from pinching the memory card

It appears that the tape prevents anyone from either taking the flash card out or putting one in !
