I bought this camera before and i used it for one thing: record live tv. The quality that i got out of the video was exceptional. I don't care about the other features because what i want it to do it does perfectly. The only problem is you cannot get it fixed in most electronic stores because the make is not well known. So if the camera breaks down, then that is it. You might have to buy a new one.
i have this cam but i have the cheaper one thats not the flip screen one just looks like a reg camera if anyone knows where i can find a vid on that one please tell me its a SVP XTHINN-8061 thanks

Excellent review, very thorough about the features and usability of the camera! :) Some sample footage would be very nice, though I hear that the quality of the recorded videos and images is not that good. That might be expected for an inexpensive multifunction device, though.

You forgot to mention how shitty the videos and pictures come out. I bought an SVP camera on ebay and they are the biggest piece of crap ever, it had stuff like mp3 and mp4 wich were nice but the picture quality was a joke, they said it was 12MP but its just like a disposable camera.
