  • Thank you for such positive feedback! All the points you have mentioned are what I have been trying to promote with these horses, they essentially can do anything you wish to do, the ability to perform the intermediate smooth gait does not inhibit the athletic ability at all. This video was taken of us at an All Breed Gaited Horse Show (super fun!) and she was very competitive placing well in most of the classes. We won this one with actual seconds to spare and were not even pushing for speed.

  • I am extremely impressed with this horse's agility within gait. I've found most gaited horses to be great on the straight-away, but fall apart in their gaits around turns, corners, or where agility is required. What I also like about what I see with this breed in this gait, is that the horse can do it slowly, calmly, & in a relaxed manner (unlike other breeds/gaits). It's too bad this characteristic of the breed has been essentially been bred out, & is so unknown & under-appreciated today.
