the original film was from Jpan title 1 Litre of Tears which i watched more than 5 times...featuring Erika Sawijiri n Ryo Nishikido..dat was totally sad story. This indonesian version has been accused of plagiarizing 1 Litre of Tears..yeah i can c it obviously PLAGIARISM lol!!..i didn't know much abot diz one but i think the original one from Japan is da best!!! duh!!
