For some reason when I am in a lucid dream when I look down a little past where the horizon would be I wake up. Maybe its because when you are a sleep your eyes are turned up and when you point them down it brings you out of sleep. Someone help me?
Hey i cant seem to understand when i enter sleep paralysis
I spend close to an hour not moving and end up bored and just stop trying.
IM AM A REAL BEGGINER, i have never experienced Sleep paralysis and dont know what it feels like, how strong it is, if its very detectable, or if its hard to know its happening.
I sometimes feel my eyes blink a little while they are closed buti though your head and all its parts could still move?
that I'm like being sucked in or towards like a dark hole, when that happens I THINK is when I'll start to lucid dream or sleep paralysis kicks in, I'M GOING TO BE HONEST I QUITE DON'T UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPTS! well when that happen I find myself with my eyes slightly open (but still not moving and in my bedroom with my lights off) I try again and again but it just doesn't seem to work for me, PLEASE HELP ME, I would really appreciate it and I just want to be courteous.
@mrtripledouble09 Try wearing an eye mask to disengage your eyes from the equation as opening your physical eyes or even thinking about it will trigger a waking response and collapse the transition
If curious I teach the Red Pill method on my home site...
Here is the situation, I'm trying to have a lucid dream at night but I don't seem to get the memo with these videos (although yet are pretty good).
When go to bed I turn all of the lights off, get on my bed then put my blanket from my chest to toes. I lay down facing straight up with my toes up and with my palms facing down. I try my best to not move and I believe I don't, but I happen to feel (it happened to me twice)
Omg, I hate sleep paralysis(or if this is classified as an OBE) during them, I see my room, usually in the mornings, but my body can't move, yet I am still moving( I feel myself moving my arms and my body, attempting to move, but I dont) then I attempt to yell for someone to wake me up, but I usually just get killed by something that comes in my room, or this weird invisible force, the last one I had, I was killed by what felt like a jaw with sharp teeth, I didn't see it however, just felt it.
@xXPAPAPWNAGEXx Hijacking sleep paralysis is a technique that all too easily backfires and can be pretty trickyto achieve so I'd prob abandon it for an MILD approach
I teach the Red Pill method if want to fast track the transition period - it will accelerate you through the paralysis straight through to the Dream environment without too much fuss
I Just found these videos today and learned about OBE's
But interesting thing is last week i woke up at 4-5 am and then lied back on my bed and fell asleep again. At one point while falling asleep i could see through my eyes i was seeying the whole room. Was that an OBE at that moment i had no idea's about them please answer PLEASE
this is great advice!!! i am a new leaner in astra travel. the other day i woke into sleep paralysis and i could move my astral arms but couldn't opened my eyes (so wierd!). anyway i remember this video and i used my astral arms to open my eyes and it worked!! i was so close to a successful astral projection. thank you for all your videos, they are definately some of the best advice for obe and lucid dreaming!
i forgot to mention, when i got my eyes to open i found myself in downstairs in my house instead of my bed. is this normal? every was reeeallly fuzzy and blurry so it maybe could have been me just thinking i was downstairs? like an illusion?
Question: I already have the file, got it from your website. Do i have to watch all 12 parts? Or is reading the document enough to accomplish OBE's and lucidity?
A long time ago I woke up and I could not move so I fell back asleep then I started flying and saving my neghbors and it was so realistic. Thanks for this videos I want to try and dream like that again
When I was little I always would have dreams of me waking up in my bed feeling Groggy, My eyes would open then shut agian. I pulled them open, but the light was blinding so they shut agian.. Then later I'd do a normal day with strange flaws and my paranormal eyes.. When I woke. It was around 9.. Does this relate?
in my sleep paralysis i couldnt see anything so i tried to make a wonderful world in my mind then my head started hurting because of triying mental projections then i had to let go and try to wake myself up. it hard to control my paralysis it occured four times one ofter the other.
i lucid dream and usually when my dream becomes lucid, i can see....so i didnt really understand, did he mean when you just closed your eyes and the dream didnt beginn yet??
@Neworder748 its almost the same lucid dreaming is like projections and obe is actually out of ur body in ur world or anywhere else ...my opinion a lucid dream can also be this .... maybe he was confused as i ... lol ; )
@muttsky96 Glue, my ass - what he means to say is that your visual cortex isn't processing the imagery to create the context, due to top down processing competition in the brain - Ta Dah!
the other night i was stuck so i tried to rool like you do while your sleeping and that freed me. ive also found that when my hands feal tingle like a small amounf of electric current is going through thim im ready for exit
lucid dream is a dream you can control and create things within. That i know, im still cloudy on what an OBE is, from what i understand is that your out of your physical body and in your room while your asleep
what exactly is the difference between and OBE and a lucid dream? i know it stands for out of body experience, but it seems the two terms are being used interchangably. if im wrong, please explain the difference.
For lucid dreams when everything goes black I've discovered that if you just lay there without attempting to move for a minute or so new dream scenery will pop up. Like this I can keep lucid dreaming for what seems like up to an hour.
so a way to astral travel without hours of meditation....you just hijack the theta wave from your sleeping state and lie still to trick your own body?
sounds too good to be true kant wait to try it, im gunna try the sleep commands first
OH MY GOD! I just remembered that this used to happen to me frequently! When I was a kid, I had dreams about the sun being so bright that I literally couldn't open my eyes. They felt so weak. I got the magnetic eyelids! When I pulled them open, they clamped shut again! It got so tiresome that I often became very fatigued in the OBE and fell asleep! I never knew I was having OBES naturally!
Yeah that also happens to me. Its horrible I'm walking around but I can't see shit because the suns shining in my eyes and it even hurts. What makes you think these are OBE's?
today i woke up into sleep paralysis, i know it was during sometime during dawn because the light at my window was a morning blue. I remembered that i had to somehow get out of my body for an OBE. I was able to "sit up" but i was stuck from my waist down and i couldnt get out of my body. this also happened in my last SP on last monday which was when i also first learned about the existence of OBEs. any tips for me on how to actually get into a full OBE?
Was that your first partial OBE? Congratulations! To salvage partial exits where you get stuck in your body use 'limb creation' in "5 Fast Exit Methods For Lucid Dreams & OBEs - Lucidology 101 Part 12" in my profile. Also we cover even more effective methods of salvaging partial exits by having OBEs at light levels of trance in Lucidology 102 which you can find out about by signing up for the free lucidology newsletter at the site. Good luck!
haha, im still trying to perfect inducing sleep paralysis onto myself, i havnt gotten it to work yet but im gonna try the timer trick eventually after a few more goes without it. ive learned everything that i can from 101 and am going to be w8ing for my next sleep paralysis to come on to me for some kickass OBEing! after that ill check into 102 haha. im so glad i found ur videos man, i wanna give u a big ass hug or something! LOL!
@LucidDreamTricks Hey I was out of my body!!! I couldn't believe it was a such an amazing experience thank you for all your tips and help I an't to master ths OBE
Was the hood blocking your vision? I'm very interested to hear your answer because I definitely do think that a lot of exit blindness is because negs have actively put various forms of blocks on our vision.
On getting past the tv static fuzzy zone: see the video titled 'OBE Vibrations & 3 Ways To Tell How Close You Are To An OBE - Lucidology Part 10' in my profile.
I have had this problem on several occasions,it really does feel like a black glue.I have over come this by peeling this stuff back/off while calling out for "visual clarity now".Prying seems like a great idea.,I'll try it next time. I have also experienced a feeling of having a sort of veil or hood over my "head" and have just ripped it off...weird stuff this is. Do you have advice about getting stuck in that TV static like fuzzy zone? (If this has ever happened to you) Thanx for the vid
