  • STILL A VERY DANGEROUS AND UNWARRANTED EXERCISE.ALL THOSE WOULD BE "MASTERS",CONTINUE TO SPOUT WEARY RHETORIC AND BLINDLY ADHERE, TO OTHER SO CALLED "MASTERS". The Martial arts are a living vibrant entity, an evolution of human spirit and developement . We must strike a balance between History, Future and good practice.

  • thanks for sharing that with us.

  • most important thing is to know your own body before attempting to do something like this. if you are older and maybe overweight do not, repeat, do not go trying this one until you get yourself into better shape.

  • Idiot exercise which will cause no end of damage to knee joints, how many times do we see these portrayed with any relation to body mechanics and the health of the practioner.Just because these and many other exercises were performed in the past,it does not mean they are safe or of benifit.

  • no he said whats right for you and there are principles in place to prevent damage and increase strength in the bones as well as increase tenden strength and flexibility ! if you copy him you might hurt yourself yes but if you allow yourself to be taught it may be different?

    ;]

  • this is actually very valuable for rooting and ALL internal arts...youtube is funny

sometimes you get too much info too quickly

  • Just like the shaolin monks do

  • Respectfully: Human conditioning dictates that people focus upon the speakers mouth when listening, maintaining eye contact. It follows therefore that visual example should be separated from aural commentary, so that the student can focus entirely on whats said or entirely on what is being demonstrated. I respectfully pass on this suggestion.

Also perhaps different camera angles would help.

  • So...respectfully... if you took kung fu lessons you'd have to have 2 masters teaching you? 1 master demonstrating the moves, and the other master explaining the moves to you at the same time? I've never heard of a learning disability like that.

  • you can have 10 masters if you don't become involved in disputes

  • Tai Chi, Is the way of the body failure,

    Point hits, Point exercises.

Idk about the life span shit, But most Taichi masters never loose a fight

Like in Krav Maga a Black Belt in Krav Maga would fail to a Tai Chi Master

  • Egyptian Lotus would fail to a krav maga

  • TOM GREEN LOOK AT ME

  • squuats and hops?sweet.this helps for excercise.

  • very helpful

  • ROFL, idiot.

  • WOw....cool vid....:D

  • STRAIGHT!STRAIGHT!STRAIGHT!STRAIGHT!..THIS DUDE'S BENT! xD ;)

  • looks like we did see the same, maybe he wants to get closer to the camera ???

  • they cut him off at the end... okay whatever now i can impress my friends with these amazing bunny hops.

  • do work son do work

  • wow thats cool!

  • pointless no idea why im watching this one haha go watch how to survive a zombie attack

  • tai chi isn't an offensive martial art. its for health, ive done it it doesn't realy teach u to fight.

  • dawg- go ATTEMPT to punch a tai chi master in the face and see what happens. you will get fucking smashed in the ground.

  • no, you won't get smashed into the ground, a tai chi master only returns what you give him, if you punch him, he will send your energy back into your body, and the body will collaps on its own

  • actually, tai chi is a martial arts exercise, to increase lifespan, and to sharpen reflexes.

  • This is realistic and zombies are FAKE!

  • okay nice comments but go check out the how to survive a zombie attack on expertvillage account mad funny!

  • nice
