I have a theory that explains the expansion of the universe. Based on an observed property of physics.
Here goes:
Even in a perfect vacuum, pairs of matter and anti-matter particles seem to spontaneously form and and subsequntly annihilate each other.
This formation of particles, and the electrical interactions between them, causes an outward pressure originating from the void.
The more void you have, the more pressure is created. Hence, an accelerating universe.

-If the big bang created the universe/ space/ time and is ever expanding, is there a center point from which it all started?
- What exists beyond this expansion point (the edge)?
- Where are we in relation to to the origin?
