  • Fantastic! I'm especially impressed that you said you read it while you played. I had to memorize from the music - took weeks. Nice work.

  • I wanna be like you when I grow up!

  • legal!

  • Amazing!

Where can I find the tabs ?

  • @salvadoreec Tabs!?

  • one tone up from standar?

  • I like the slow version better, but you did a great job pulling it at this speed.

  • Oh, I can see why you don't say too much when playing it... The expression is not quite like Patitucci's. Nice work with your sight reading, even though perhaps you have read the piece many times.

  • Thank you. I'm a great fan of Bach his Cello Suites and the bass.

    Excellent rendition

  • @masterpfa Thank you.

  • great job, ive been playing for 25 years rock, and am trying to learn this, but iam having trouble remembering all these notes and different parts,, just wondering how long did it take for you to memorize this whole piece ?

  • @epa44 Thanks epa44!

I never did memorize it; I was reading it in that video. I love to sight read Bach...

If you wanted to memorize it, I'd suggest breaking it down like this:

Spend 10 minutes a day on a measure. That will give you enough time to learn fingerings, articulations, dynamics, etc. As well as memorize the notes. In a month and a half, you'll know the whole piece.

    Good luck with it....

  • @BassLessonsNow thanks , i will try that ,it will probably take me more time than one and half months, but since i cant read, this will be only way,

  • @epa44 - can you read notes?
