@destructorv2 If im not mistaken, blanka's 2nd ultra is a counter ultra; if use PPP version u get a counter ultra for air attacks from the opponent and if u use KKK then u get a counter ultra for ground attacks, or something like that. If ur opponent doesnt attack u get 2:28.
