Everyone is an 'atheist' when it comes to the fictional character they haven't been indoctrinated into.

Ask a Christian to consider why they don’t believe in Odin/Wotan, Thor, Freya (yet 'praise' them every Wednesday, Thursday and Friday) etc. and they might begin to understand why there is no reason to believe in their imaginary fiend.

A much more accurate term for anyone not ‘believing’ in any of the 1400+ ‘gods’ humans have invented since our species childhood is ‘realist’.
