I am looking to buy a set of the 4pc interior glow and I was wondering if I should also purchase the add a circuit but Im not sure what the add a circuit does. What is the purpose of purchasing the add a circuit? Thanks!
The Add-A-Circuit allows you to power the interior kit directly from your fuse box, this makes the install easier and allows for a cleaner look. If you have any other questions just ask!
i really like neons. i have had two sets already. i had a blue set but i sold them to my brother and i bought green ones because they match my car. my subwoofer in my car makes them blink like crazy and i really like the look of it
There is a sensitivity wheel located on the side of the control box, that should fix your problem. If it does not let me know and I will have a Tech Specialist get in contact with you. If you have any other questions just ask!
I'm about to turn 16, and my car is going to be my pride and joy. I want to purchase these lights for it. The problem is I have little experience wiring things like this. Do you think I could manage? And do they come in other colors than that?
Installing this kit is quite easy, even if you don't have a ton of experience. There are a couple different ways you can power this kit, both are pretty simple. We have a cigarette lighter adapter that simply powers your kit through your cigarette lighter, but for a cleaner look you can use our add-a-circuit. This will allow you to power the kit direct from your fuse box. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to ask!
You can power these with our Cigarette Lighter Add-on, or for a cleaner look you can power it using our Add-a-Circuit which will allow you to power the kit directly from your fuse box, either way you go the kit will look great. If you have any other questions just ask!
Since they are interior lights, there should be no issue. I would just check with your local municipality just to be sure. If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to ask!
@ledglow so i just read your one reply but this is kinda similar in a way.. would you know if the leds if their pointing into the car and not out the windows... are they legal in Pennsylvanian?
You can pause this kit at different brightness levels, so it is not always so bright. For further information on this you can contact our tech department or reference our technical support section on the website.
I drive a 2011 Hyundai Sonata. The interior lighting is blue already. I'm interested in these, but I want to know if you can explain how to install them to go with your map lights / dome lights. So they come on when you open your doors/turn off when you close them. I'll be ready to buy them when I get a response. Thank you!
To make this kit turn on with door opening, all you need to do is wire it to that switched 12 volt source, it is better explained in our instructions which can be found at LEDGlow.com then clicking the installation instructions link at the top of the page. If you have any other questions do not hesitate to ask.
Absolutely they can! All of our vehicle lighting kits are universal and will work with any 12v system. We have a bunch of solid color options as well as multi-color options. Visit LEDGlow.com to check out all of our interior lighting kits.
We are in the process of producing more installation videos, so stay tuned. I can tell you that installation of this kit is extremely easy. The control box connects to a 12v source and you mount the tubes under your dash or seats with the included mounting brackets. Its a simple as that. For more detailed instructions, check out LEDGlow.com and then click technical support at the top of the page. All of our installation instructions are listed there.
I just bought sone of these... Anyone know how to install em? I know there are instructions to follow but dont want to ness with the car wiring unless I know exactly what I gotta do.. Help!!
You can power this kit a number of ways. You can purchase a cigarette lighter adapter, you can use an add-a-circuit to power it directly from your fuse box, or you can run the power wires through your firewall to your battery. The first two options are the easiest. For specific installation questions, you can contact our tech support department @ 1.877.LED.Glow
