I think I'd be sending them every 5-7 years in most case, and expect that they would cost 300 - 500 to be serviced. I'll probably end up selling this and a couple others in order to upgrade to an IWC.

I bought a Classima Executive 8688 a few months ago which was faulty, they replaced it with another faulty watch, they replaced this one with another faulty watch, and finally, the fourth time round, I received a defect-free watch. In order to compensate me, they sent me a table-top watch - which is also faulty - LOL. I have two words for this company - ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC - steer clear from this company people!
Out of curiosity are the OEM strap real alligator/croc or are they just grained calf leather? Thanks for any help!
