The whole "we're so persecuted and downtrodden but one day we'll be number one" thing just makes me tired all over though. Christians are 85% of the country- pretending to be the downtrodden minority seems a little... dishonest...

@VariaVespasa People who say they are Christians are 85% of America. Jesus himself said that few will find the narrow road to salvation. He even told of people who have done miracles in His name who will not make it. Only those who are truly following Jesus and will do whatever he asks are true believers. When you look at many other areas, especially China and the Middle East, Christians are persecuted, and severely.
