the mp5 shoots glock bullets, i think it takes 9-11 shots to kill someone if you hit them in the lower chest or legs, its really accurate so you usually can get 1 headshot atleast which does i think 40-50dmg, so 1 headshot and like 3-4 body shots will kill, preferably want to get 3 headshots

On the highest end of competitive play, most players will actually buy a galil/famas and flashes after winning pistol; When you have great aim like the lot of them do, its much more beneficial to have an accurate rifle as opposed to the mp5 which is entirely running and spraying. (Not that it doesn't work, but again, speaking strictly competitively.)
