someone please show her where the steps are. She will not freak out, and will swim to the steps if she falls in. We didn't have to teach our labs to jump in or not to fear water, but they had to be taught where the steps were. Ours even learned to climb and preferred to climb the ladder in the deep end rather than walking up the steps in the shallow end. It was strange and quite funny, but they both climbed a ladder!
