@53tgh1 i think its called scout. its not recon i know that. i don't know for sure'cause i haven't gotten other helms other than EVA and some of the chest-plates and shoulder pads cause i don't play much of the campaign to get the achievements rite now im playing reach but maybe i'll revisit Halo 3 eventually most of the time i was playing matchmaking getting the some of the achievements like the Spartan laser missile pod and etc but i do know that achievements have a role in getting the armor.
