Little magic Tibetan pouch

This is a lovely little pouch. In image tutorial there is a difference between 5 of 19 (single layer) and 6 of 19 (material appears doubled over). also...my mind can't get around how the top pull cords open the bag up.

@rlafchieva Hooray: Did it..the pulleys work! Just need to put the bells on now. Mine looks like a poor relation to yours, but I still love it. I like to recycle and used purple material with self embossed roses - from a blouse that I once wore to dances - and used reverse of the material for the cuff, which gave a contrast in tone. I am novice with a sewing machine so am glad of a success. Thanks so much for generosity of sharing your idea.
