I think it simply bcoz, No big money involved. Olympic Committee give way to International Sports Federations to decide weather to play the pros or not. And so different sports org have their own excuses este rules pala...question, will a promoter permits his million dollar boxer to fight in that event?...But in olympics, it should be; bringing out the country's best players and compete.
