I love fruity loops and used it like 8 years ago. I felt it was the most stable and affordable back then but it was an advanced trakcer program like fast tracker or milky tracker which I used in the late 90's and still use today. I do most everything though in Live which I think is the most stable, versitile and affordable right now. FL has a sound. Ableton can sound like you. It can be used in so many different ways. I find I don't have to think about what is possible very often with it.
this guy is sick as fuck..except why all are producers so stereo type personality wise. yo yo wassup dis ya boy blah blah blah...be yourself. to me even the best, act insecure by acting like they know everything , over exaggerating and pretending like being famous makes you sepcial...haha. real impressed with you sounds but which i could see how you arrange the whole and sequence the song to climax with all that
@bloOmagic your comment makes no sense, a real sequencer? you must be seeing some sucky ass people use the program to make that comment. your opinion has no value, cus if you were to see people use reason & they lacked what you were looking for, im pretty sure you would have the same opinion on it as well. yes i use fl studio, i also use presonus studio one, at the end of the day if a person takes time with their songs no matter the daw, instead of rushing, im sure opinions would change.
I am a FL Studio lover since FL5. I also use Reason, MM6 but out of them all I love FL Studio Because of it's flexibility. But with that said I know every producer have their own liking. All software do the same thing if you really look at it. Some of the biggest hits was made with FL. For instance Rza made Bring the pain with fl4. Its all on the producer on what they feel comfortable with and what works for them. Its you who make the software work for you and not the other way around.
quantizing now makes any one capable of playing a few chords on piano a producer, the real talent comes in sync-ing and automating multi layered tracks
@AerioNauts Hey, an opinion is an opinion but look...I bet this dude is getting paid good money for his work. Let him do what he does. Instead of trying to belittle someones craft focus on whats important....YOUR OWN MUSIC.
I do agree with the point of it doesn't matter what you use at the end of the day, It's about your individual creativity and sound. However I do not agree with the one dude saying mostly every producer uses FL. It's a lot of producers and at least all the ones I know major or not, all them guys are not using FL. Some guys are Logic heads (like me), some are Ableton, some are Cubase/Nuendo, Pro Tools, keeping it old school with the MPC, it don't matter. Learn one or all of them and make music!!!
@brandnamebluv u are so right i had this debate 5 mins ago with my friend i lay around and have every tool at my fingers and cant make anything for years
@brandnamebluv i think it's because most poeple who use fl studio doesn't want to learn anyhting more complicated so they try to justify their use of the software by saying most people use it. At some point it's a good tool because it has a fast loop creating interface just like a drum sequencer. However, I don't think it has a full potential to be a production DAW. It just lacks a lot of component that a real sequencer has.
so true i used fl when i was 11 and only for a short period until i found reason and pro tools. time to let go of your training wheels and evolve...never compare to the industries standards. its all money and business they don't give a fuck what the beat was made on if everyone in the nation is hook they get to feed they're kids...common sense
Why does people feel to hate on FL Studio? (I know he is using logic I'm just saying) 1. It's now whatyou use it's how you fucking use it. 2. MAJORITY of ALL the people that say FL Studio sucks are the ones that don't have shit in it or can't use it. Listen to my stuff (not saying im the best) but if you hear the sounds you REALLY can't tell it's FL. Cause I can do the same thing in Presonus Studio one. It's all about YOUR SOUNDS and DRUMS! Not what you use to sequence. #ThatIsAll...
@BigTimeBeatz2007 I agree that its all about your sounds and the music you hear from within. But, you should give Logic or the new pro tools 9 a try, I think you will see the benefits of working in these full fledged DAW's. FL studio is just limited in how it interacts with larger consoles and its I/O. Not to mention, recording live audio and audio editing in FL studio is sub-par to say the least. Professional mixing, is almost entirely done in Pro tools HD. Use whatever works 4 U
@ryanlk I have used every single program you named and I still like FL more. Yes to some extent TO CERTAIN PEOPLE it's limited but its really not. People use Waves in pro tools...I use it in FL...there is no difference. YES I do know the differences between Logic and Fl it's nice. But still at the end of the day I'm not switching from FL just cause it's no "professorial". Many of hits where made in it. But it's me and what works for me. I'm not everyone else. My stuff doesnt' even sound like FL
@BigTimeBeatz2007 FL may be a good programm but it is a fact that with logic you can do a hole lot more with the built in plug ins and affects. FL is stil an amazing programme though
@A2KProductionzz nope that;s not true it's great for beginner but more advanced beatmakers getting problems with mixing and mastering fl has a low codex that screw up the mix the best programs ar Mac:Logic windows: sonar :srry for my bad english :D
@papierenmario Yea i no, i said you can do more with logic then fruity loops. which means logic is a better programme, you need to learn to read properly man
@BigTimeBeatz2007 not even that but i notice plp who say shit like you aint a real producer if you use fl most likely are logic heads a daw dosent make the producer or his product better i made tracks on my channel and one of them was used using fl but i bet no one never notice
Mostly every producer uses fl studio, atleast for the "drums" section if not more. I have just abouti mastered fl studio and have been using it since 16. I will always use fl studio no matter if i get really big or stay really little in the music industry.
Fl studio is very powerful... half of the beats out now, on radio and else where are made on Fl studio.. Top producers use it...RESEARCH u'd be surprised..
@LaIctusInFame, if you know what your doing FL Studio is actually just as good and even better than most of these DAW programs. don't feed into brand name and hype
Love the Idea for this track....Maybe you should go in and change some of the patches, or Stack some of the patches you used. To give it A FATTER feel. Track is Crazzy though.
so are you saying that lady gaga has all her songs written for her and all she has to do is come in and sing them, then she gets millions of dollars for a single that everyone will forget in a few months, I HAD NO IDEA!
who cares, it still sounds like shit, and even if she does write her own songs they souns like every other slut pop bitch whore, who like to sing about drugs and sex and parties then sell it to their only audience which is 13 year old girls
@tglaz1 Time out bro. I ain't a die hard lady gaga fan. But she can sing pretty damn good. She can play the piano like a mother effer too. And her lyrics are pretty good too. Really she don't sing too much about drugs and sex, unless she's doing it metaphorically sometimes.
That is freakin' Logic Pro!

@tglaz1 No.. Producers create the beats and sounds for artists whos music is not all instruments. Thats what a producer does.
She writes all her music. She would just come in and sing her lyrics over the beat the producer and her created.
