vauxhall engineers worked very hard to get the feeling of the steering? i thought they only gathered the opel parts together which is not that hard lol.
my mk5 astra on a 05 plate had it 6months bout second hand from the dealer
common faults engine light comes on for no reason , horn wont work with the lights on judders on cold mornings in first gear apart from that good solid car
Your wrong the SE is not Higher spec than the SRI, they are the same spec, the SRI is aimed at the sport market Younger driver and the SE is aimed towards the more Sensible Older driver.. The Elite is the flagship for now then it will be the VXR coming End 2010...
I wish they'd bring the car over to aus. Comparing the new astra to the cruze is pointless as the astra would win hands down. The way I see it is UK made versus Korean made! I know which one I'd rather go with. Great review John, highlighted the car really well.
Great review, but it would be soooo much more professional and watchable if you blended the sound from the different clips- you just don't see that anywhere!
