omg 300 something dollars that's a big number why not just buy the sony dsc-tx5 camera it is waterproof,shockproof,freezepr­oof,and dustproof i think 200 dollars for all this stuff is a prtty good deal and its also touchscreen but great review but if u would just prefer this camera well i think camera is awesome too so yah not awesome

I was just looking at this camera at Bestbuy, Its slick and all, but how is the sound when you record? I have a Casio Ex-S10 and its sound is impeccable. I wanna upgrade to a new camera that has more zoom and megapixels.

LOL, I also have the T2i, I currently have the Nikon s70 too. Do you think it's worth upgrading from the s70 to the s80?

@millions888 In my opinion it's not worth it to upgrade to the S80 :(. I will be getting the S95 soon in the mail so stay tuned, maybe that will be a better alternative :).

@millions888 I have the S70 alsso, I don't think it's worth the upgrade because i went to a website where it showed differences in the two cameras and they were pretty much they same, this camera just has a different Outerier, and a different style of font when you turn it on. the S80 is pretty cool but, i just got the S70 and i don't think i'll get the S80 for a while, but thats just my apinion, i hoped you liked it.

@magas263 Honestly they are two different types of cameras. One has optical zoom while one does not and one is meant as a more of an ultracompact than compact. Megapixel count wise they are similar but form factor and some features make them different. Hope this helps!
