Super cool app!! I would like to see this app work as a layer in the camera app. Turn on the camera at night time, use the GPS and the point the camera at any star and Stellarium will tell you everything.

The aim of the developer is to add GPS and Accelerometer funcionality. The camera is fairly useless at night (total darkness)...

How will they do that without a compass built-in?

You walk and lock it ? (GPS)

Stellarium will get your positions with the GPS. Then you point it to the moon, press a button and from now on it will use the accelerometers to track your movements.

Ah ok, das kam aus der Beschreibung zum Video nicht so 100%ig rüber. Trotzdem danke für das nette Video.

Eventuell schaue ich mir die Sache mit Celestia auch selbst mal an, am grundsätzlichen Wissen sollte es nicht scheitern, eher am nötigen Zeitaufwand. :)
