What did you go through to change it to open? Mine is always open but just curious what you did to change it.

@iRatchetCA I still use my ether net wire from my router, but what router do you own? You have to get in your configurations using the internet explorer.

Way back when, I had to call my provider and they gave me info to Portforward com to change up a bunch of ports on my router. But now when ever It gets switched back to Strict or Moderate, If you just test your Xbox Live connection it usually switches back to open. Btw I am always wireless.
