I don't think you are dumb, and yes you are correct. The game is pretty awesome and deserving of a legitimate buy -- something I would not have done, IF I hadn't tried out the iso first. Luckily, there's some amazing people out there who do the risky stuff so that people like us can try out these things before blindly purchasing them. Thankfully, CC is well worth the money! :)

dont give your hopes up yet.... i heard the man in charge of both kingdom hearts games came right out and said he wanted a similar gameplay experience, set in the final fantasy universe, but he wanted it to show a far more grim and graphic side weve never seen in a final fantasy game before. also nobou eumatsu is doing the music, so thats great, but yeah, he said this game kinda turns away from turn based combat and delivers an experience similar to games like dissidia and kingdom hearts.

i dunno, i like the ff atb systems (well, minus ffx which was pure turn base) it's a final fantasy tradition and i think part of the reason ff12 wasn't too great was the whole walk around battle thing. i don't like button mashing games

It's Bahamut-FURY, as indicated in the title screen. It doesn't resemble the AC Bahamut at all, so I'm not sure why you'd draw that comparison. =)

Use the "undubbed" ISO for Jap voices with English subtitles. Best option. ;) And I'll still buy the UMD when it's released in the UK, because unlike most games, this is worth the money and the developers deserve the support.

Oh my bad, I didn't say it right. I meant that when you beat the harder version of Bahamut Fury, you get his DMW Image and are able to summon him. You get the materia some other way (it gives you a better chance of summoning bahamut fury)

Yeah, it's right here in the guide : ) You have to do a chain of missions dealing with Yuffie and treasure. The last mission, when you open the golden chest, you have to fight Bahamut Fury, and he has 99,999 HP. But he's a pushover. I love the game so far XD

It's not an optional boss. But you don't get his materia after beating him in the story. You have to win Mission 8-5-6 to get the summon.

I just beat the Bahamut Fury with 99,999 HP at about level 36. As long as you have break hp limit, you should be fine. The Exaflare materia is well worth it :)

Nope. Levelling is dependent on the amount of EXP you get it the game (which is not visible). If I remember correctly, once you get a certain range of EXP for a certain level, the chances of the reels hitting 777 (the only way to level up) become higher. So, it's possible to level up more than once in a fight or not level up at all. You can say that it's somewhat random.

The DMW is the spinning reels with the faces, which you just described. They represent the SOLDIER combat psyche; each face is somebody Zack has a strong relationship with, and they affect his combat performance by inducing Limit Breaks when all three reels line up to the same face. The DMW is also an extremely important aspect of the game's ending.

In the US/English version you have a chance to witness some memories during Zack's DMWs when at least two faces line up. The memories are short cutscenes involving Zack and the character whose faces just lined up on the DMW. If the third face falls into place in the center after this, Zack's corresponding Limit Break is unleashed.

I'm sorry to say this, but in my opinion,this game def owns God Of War!! Crisis core is waaay more longer, It's like KH, and the summoning cut scenes are sooo bad ass.

Yes, you get the Buster Sword via the storyline. To get Bahamut-FURY, you must complete Mission 8-5-6. :) Hope that helps!
