I hate to say this is the best and rank things etc., but I have now watched most of unAsleep's videos and this one surely resonates as strongly as any ... my touchstones were the "props" and "defaults" and of course our never ending quest to embrace "unconditional love" ... I marveled at the Ernest Borgnine parable, how he only needed "the word," where Moses wielded his staff and was denied the Promised Land.... brilliant messages, my dear ... just cherish them all :)

I have actually used an audio capture program to "capture" some of your vids (like Happy New Year, which I have replayed MULTIPLE times.)... So I think mp3's would be a good idea.

Re: writing... Do you still intend on finishing The Download Part 3? Parts 1 and 2 (and the beg. of Part 3) have helped me ENORMOUSLY.

Or maybe a CD. I think the vids are much more effective. They get the point across in a way the printed page could not. I've read so many spiritual books that they put me to sleep any more ;')

I liked both Deepak Chopra and Carlos Castaneda, but at a certain point they just put out too many books, so it looked like they were just repeating themselves a lot. To be fair, spiritual truths do bear repeating. But after awhile I stopped throwing down twenty bucks for their books.

You know, I have thought about writing a book, more or less a collection of what I'm putting out here, but I would want to have it available as both a regular hard copy AND as a free e-book, and no publisher would want a piece of THAT pie :-D so I suppose I would need to self-publish to have those terms available. But who knows - we'll see. It's definitely still on the table. :-)

For a more serious comment, you are not only influenced by your actions and associations, but by your immediate environment. The very first thing I tell someone who says they are depressed is to clean and declutter their house. If your immediate living space is crappy and disorganized it drains your energy and spirit. Once you get it in shape, you feel much better.

But in response to your 'serious' question, that's the point: You might not 'feel' like getting out of bed some days, but you override your feeling and, why looky there!.....Before you know it, you're out wandering around, going about your day. There's no 'faking' it, you aren't pretending to like it, or imagining it to be different.  You're just letting your ACTIONS be the boss, and eventually, the mind follows....

True. Some days I really, really don't feel like doing something tedious and can't see how I could force myself. But I'll sit there and suddenly my body will get up and start doing some small task. Then, without thinking, especially if I Don't think about it, everything gets done. And it wasn't as awful as I thought. The trick is to distract yourself and just kind of watch the body doing it, instead of thinking how awful and daunting the task is.
