Nice added details Jeff, ailerons are backward and it does sound weak, don't fly it! but after you get her dialed in how about a flight by Jeff and review, tnx! also the wing doesn't look like it has the best of fits, you don't have to be brutal but I appreciate your honesty when it comes to the reviews.Knowing if i can add some details and fix "this" by doing"this"will help a little when deciding to buy this model or not.Keep up the good work!
Jeff stuffing the antenna of the receiver towards the battery compartment or the esc is the number one cause of loosing signal and loosing the plane you might want to go the other direction towards the tail
Even though the swastika makes it historically accurate and thats great, its still important to be accurate in other areas. I'd rather give up the swastika for a plane that actually loooks like a BF 109F (i.e. not this plane) The spinner is too long and sharp, the nose is too long, the fusillage is several inches too short; the tailplane is innaccurate; the landing gear position AND shape is terrible.
Hey please reply me. I'm going to buy one of these planes but I want to reuse my receiver. So after flying on one plane, I want to use the receiver on the other. Will receivers burn out and spoil if I keep using them constantly over and over again or do they need rest?
I have this plane and crashed it nose first and ruined the motor. I looked for a replacement and they are out of stock. Can anyone help me find a replacement motor one of the exceed motors perhaps. any ideas what motor would work with this plane. Thanks
Maybe you'll have a different experience, but I've found the plane to be both tail heavy and under powered with the stock prop on 2S and the stock battery. It will fly, but barely. Using a 3S1200mah with the stock prop or a 2S1800mah with a 9x6 prop has worked best for me.
Great video. One of the better obe I have seen. I am new to to this hobby and would really like to see a step by step ARF build. Do you have any or know of any?
Jeff, we always see you doing a great job of building these planes but never out on the flying field. You need to get out there and give Tony and Antonio a run for their money! ;)
nice video:) can u tell me a site where I can find electronics like esc/servos/motor/battery? and are those batterys refullable, if not how long do they last? and what to click on the site?:D thats it.
Dude, it says on the hobbyking, that this plane uses only 3 servos. So did you put an extra one for the rudder?

@glazuna This is a Airfield model and it comes with 4 servos out of the box.

Hey, my spinner came pre-installed but I still have to add the prop. How do you separate the back spinner from the rest of it? Do you just pull?

You mention that the batter was under power which type of batter would you recommend, Jeff?

4:40 you might get it to move if you put a prop on it jeff. it's physics. ; -)

Jeff, You always do a great job building these models. Do you get to keep them all?

What was wrong with that battery ?
was it a 2cell or what.
I don't get how you could tell that the plane was underpowered without even testing it with a prop!
