if they dont stay in ear try the Large earbuds. Try to make a vacuum effect. I can make it with M and L earbuds, with L it makes to much vacuum so i use M and I have no problems.
ya its the opposite for me... large doesnt make a vacuum at all, they just sit on my ears. medium makes a vacuum that can b broken way too easily and small makes a vacuum that still is broken easily but its better than medium

That's the whole point of in-ear headphones - sound isolation. If you don't like it, get some regular earphones.
