It's like someone else said, his expression is how it is because he is fully concentrated and does not mean he is not enjoying himself, i speak from experience whilst playing myself. That he shows such dedication in focusing all his musicality into the instrument truly shows how much he enjoys playing it. As for "fluidity" he is being VERY fluid in what he is playing instead of in his face. I consider that very good.

I've seen a lot of people trying to perform this piece, but this is my favorite. Flavio Sala does it best. I know it might sound crazy, but i actually think he plays it better than John Williams himself! He seems to invest more feeling, pathos into the music. Goes without saying, Williams is a genius, but Salo does great honour to this beautiful composition.

John Christopher Williams is the person you're talking about. He is Australian and was born in 1941. He arranged this music for one of his albums, and jokes at performances that this was composed by "the other John Williams." Before telling others to search for something, do so yourself.
