Interesting, I will definately have to try this out!

I already use primer/ a MAC paint pot on a daily basis.

However, one of my eyes always smudge (the eyeliner). So I will try your tip with the e/s, thanks for sharing!

urban decay never smudge even w/ no primer... but theyre pricey so this is useful for other brands. thanx!

i do this everytime i put on pencil liner and it works great! tho i do love the color of your liner here
