I have located DietOramy dietary regimen (you can easily find it on Google) - that fat loss system is clearly mind-blowing, I am no longer constraining myself from dishes and I'm nevertheless melting away pounds - the secret is in diverse varieties of food items, not really in calories...
mmmmm I once believed it was a good healthy diet, It isnt. It's a good start to low carb but come on, just 30% fat? grains? Too little fat, too many grains, starvation diet. As i said is a good start, i wish it would be 50+ fat and no grains at all, that's healthy plus you lose weight. Grains are killers
Just as close to 'what we have evolved to eat' as possible... Meat, its fat... Fish, its fat. Non starchy veggies here and there, fruits every other day as well as nuts and that's pretty much it. Im not trying to say 'that's it, you wont have anything else' but that's the way we are meant to eat and we should do it at least 80% of the time. A Paleo diet (-Loren Cordain - is a must reference despite his irrational fear to saturated fat)
I believe in saturated fats, esp. this winter, where animals are naturally fattened up, it makes so much sense to eat fatty meat, but as for fruit, there is no fruit in the UK at this time of year, should I have stored some? Or is nature suggesting we should not eat fruit this time of year? I worry about hybrid fruit, the fungus on fruit and on nuts. Then they say soak nuts because of enzyme inhibitors.
But how about the antibiotics, hormones in the meat? I have been on an atkins diet and I get cramp, pH of urine is always very acidic like pH5 ish. I realise that meat does not give enough magnesium (we need 400mg per day). It pulls out our calcium. Vegetables alone do not give us enough magnesium. Nuts give us lots BUT should we be eating them everyday?
About the magnesium if you are eating a Paleo style diet you wont have any issue, veggies are rich in magnesium, I get 100% of my RDA every day (Spinach, broccoli, tomatoes, seaweed). Now about the PH; acid creating food are mainly grains and meat (many others but that's what we eat the most). So say you eliminated grains, you are eating 60% from animal sources and the rest 40% from veggies and fruits which are alkaline so you get the right balance.
We suppost to get about 400mg of Mg. There is about 269mg of Mg in 340g spinach (huge bag!) 1 x 300g cooked broccoli only provides about 60mg of Mg and 150g cherry tomatos gives 16.4mg of Mg and 10g of raw kelp gives 13mg Mg. So the diet would be very heavy on the spinach. It is nuts that provide the most magnesium (beans/legumes/grain that we don't eat).
What seaweed do you reccomend? I have seen dry nori spinach in my supermarket and kelp tablets and health food shop. I am having problems finding sources ofmagnesium if I do not eat nuts and loads of spinach everyday or halibut (another very good source).
Doing only 1 meal a day : 18oz of Lamb 84.3mg. Salad: 2 cups of parsley 60mg, 1 tomato 13.5mg, half avocado 25.1mg.... 2oz Brazil Nuts (hazelnuts when looking for vitamin e) Total 396.1 (123% RDA). Plus half cup of coconut milk every morning 40mg.
I usually eat Seaweed salad with no added sauces twice a week , from my closest Japanese (sorry no idea about the type), 2 cups provide 34% of your RDA. It's kind of difficult to get enough from nori =(
Many uninformed individuals unfortunately, do not grasp the simple concepts of following a low glycemic diet. Hundreds of studies conducted at Children's Hospital in Boston under the direction of Dr. David Ludwig has been using a "Zone Like" diet and has great success. Congratulations. Thanks for your feedback.

Have a look of a typical day. Fitday:
