guys Neil Roberts is Rabbit in this game but his real code name is Fifi because of his curly hair and his face. on March1/2 2002, he and his team were going to some mountain in the Hindu Kush Mountain Ranges to set up an Outpost. But everything went wrong when the helicopter was hit by an RPG. Some oil spurted out onto the floor causing Roberts to fall out. He then fought with the taliban at Close range using his machine gun and his pistol and grenades. 30 minutes later he got killed.
@Uncharted3Gamer123 rabbit, mother, voodo, and the rangers are real soldiers, just with different names, google neil roberts navy seal, and read the description...he's rabbit
one of the best game tracks I have ever heard, captures the emotion of the situation in every way possible..leaves you sad, and inspired all at the same time.
His Death sounded a lot like Rabbit's so I assumed it was him but at the end of the game during the Credits it says "In Memory of Jason Freiwald" so I'm not so sure... the Campaign sounds like Takur Ghar and the only SEAL who died at Takur Ghar fell from an MH-47 and that was Roberts so it would make sense for it to be in Memory of both SEALs
If you are reading this, I want you to think about all the brave men and women who have fought and died for the freedom of you, me, and each and every American. I ask you, please, do not take this freedom for granted. Give back to your country in the best way your talents allow you to do so. Express your love for this nation and faith in it by working to improve it. Be proud of the country in which you live, and live in a way that it would be proud of you. Be proud to be an American.
Honestly The real heroes in this world are the solders who fight and die for our well being. The firemen who will risk getting burned alive by pulling u from a burning building. The police officers who put their life's on the line everyday to stop crime sprees. And lastly The paramedic's that risk getting in a bad crash to ensure that u get to the hospital in time. not the comic book heroes who people wish they could be.

@tomikulas1 well actually it's not completely. as example, the US goverment said the game had to be changed slightly so that the US army would look more powerfull. in the beginning of the last mission, the helicopter with all of the soldiers in it crashes. when that happened in real life, all of the soldiers were killed instantly.
This may not mean a lot to you guys but I just thought that as this game is dedicated to the brave soldiers fighting for our freedom it would, I'm a british potential Royal Marines Officer currenly in training, my uncle was in the special forces and was killed 5 years ago. @PvtPittmann1stIFF I agree but not all heroes have to wield a firearm to be titled as one. @PrivateSausage Actually, when it comes to holding guns, it depends on your eyes. If your left eye is dominate, you would hold it left handed, otherwise looking down the sights would be difficult unless your using a sidearm.

@DvineGaming no offense taken. The honorable man would kill and die to protect what he loves, but the more honorable man finds a way to do it without bloodshed. The cowardly start wars they will never fight in, and send the brave to fight wars they never started. People have said to me, "There's no way we can repay you guys for what you've sacrificed."...But there is a way. Advocate peace and diplomacy, and don't let your leaders ever convince you to abandon reason for fear.
@crusher1delta This guy speaks the truth. Peace should always by maintained by diplomacy first and arms second. Some wars are, sadly, necessary but we should always try to use diplomacy first.
Since Iraq I've felt pretty neutral to the world, like every issue in normal life has been too minuscule to worry about. Life changed, people changed, and I just rolled with it with little emotion. I didn't cry about anything for years...until I played through the end of this game. I don't know how they did it, but they got to a part of me I keep buried from even my closest friends and family. I don't think EA knows how much some soldiers benefited from watching that scene. I'm one of them.
@crusher1delta I feel like I should say something because I don't really think it's fair you had to go over there. What I can say is that if there is anything I've gotten from what I've tried to learn is that we shouldn't fight and I hope you are never put into a situation like that again. I always say soldiers aren't heroes, they're human, they feel. Interpret that as you will. I've always wondered how people dealt with seeing what war is. Sorry if I've offended you in any way.
The ending to this game may not have been the most action packed but it was definitely the most emotionally moving and epic compared to all of the other shooters out there i felt attached to rabbit and and the rest of AFO Neptune unlike call of duty
What a great story line. I think this is one of the best story's Iv'e ever played threw my video game experience. If I could I would by the game and play it again.
I loved the campaign, but I felt terrible at the end. It was so true to life, but it really left me with the feeling that we've lost and it's all been for nothing. And not just the feeling, turn on the news and that's what the reality is. The Taliban will take over again after a few years, just watch. What a freakshow. The game's ending made me so uncomfortable and I don't know if I should praise it for being honest about what we already know is true.
@wasteofspace1234 We should have never went over. I hate war and I hate those who make people fight those wars. People in it for the money or business.
@wasteofspace1234 I hate to think about the next war. We will probaly go to Iran in a few months for the same reason we went to iraq. Welcome home gents but were going next door soon :*(
@Snakebite142 Yeah :( But in the case of Iran, they really ARE up to no good. It's just about impossible to deny that at this point, the evidence against them is so overwhelming. Which makes it WORSE because we're going to be sending our guys against a bunch of nuclear armed Theocrats who think they have god on their side! This is a very tough time to be a soldier.
I love this them, I feel that it is a perfect theme to honor our fallen brothers and sisters who served our great country to defeat the forces of evil that terrorize a country that brings terror to innocent people

@mayson12451245 Yeap, but remember MOH was created with Frosbyte 1 and EA.. and it was the "ALPHA GAME" for create BTF3.. because if you think: BTF3 = MOH + BTF2 + BTF BC2
@mayson12451245 MOH was one of the best game what I played, but the destruction wasn't the best. If they want to do MOH Tier 2 or something like that I will buy it the first in all world.
By far one of the best ending scores for an FPS. I just love how the strings seem to creep about then just come together. It conveys a sense of sorrow, struggle, hardship, and pride all at the same time. I really wish they would come out with another modern Medal of Honor game. I wont give to shits if its not like the main stream MW or BF3, I'd still play it.
@CJnkr5 mw3 can suck ass, well the multiplayer is better, but no game has better story than moh, here is my setup, Story 1st medal of honor, 2th mw3, third bf3, multiplayer first bf3, second mw3, but moh has an epic multiplayer aswell

makes me cry every time dude could die and all he's worried about is his wife getting hurt....MAN!!!
Poor Neil Roberts, I wonder how his final moments where really spent, he gave it all for brother & country, it was amazing the US Rangers that went in there to get him even got out alive, apparently they were saved by the Australian SASR calling in air strikes from a moutain peak not too far off, that part was left out of the game, but really, the dedication of these men is astounding, I hope to be a tactical transport pilot once I leave school, to support these brave men and women
@Gam3rzulu I'm glad i'm not the only one who reads up on the historical background of these games. The main reason we failed in finding Bin Laden in the Shah-i-Kot region was that the Pakistani government tipped him off, as confirmed by Tajikistani intelligence. This is why we didn't tell Pakistan anything prior to the Abottobad raid.
@Nebelwerfermodel42 yeah, its extreemly interesting delving in to recent history and political affairs about the wars, somethings seem to be better off hidden others are astounding to find out,
@Gam3rzulu No they weren't saved by any australia guy's. They were saved by u.s fighter pilots circling that area. They waited a day for help to come to extract the dead and dying.
@mayson12451245 so Im guessing you know how Laser Guided Bombs work, someone (unless the plane carries a Laser Designator) has to lase the target, as was in this case, im not saying, AUSTRALIA IZ DOMINATE, but im saying that Australian Soldiers did infact play a part in saving the US army rangers, I know that sounds weird but 2 Aussie SASR gusy took out around 400 Taliban, as unrealistic as these facts sound, they are true
@mayson12451245 I have to give you a source and a quote dont I, The Amazing SAS (2006) - (3-4 March) "Boulliaut was able to outmanouver the enemy and significantly influence the income of the battle. His actions saved the lives of more than thirty US Army rangers who has been stranded during an attempt to resuce downed US Navy SEAL Petty officer First Class Niel Roberts, who had fallen from a chopper and had been killed in action. wave after wave of advancing enemy - (see next comment)
@mayson12451245 (if confused see previous comment) was wiped out as Boulliaut and his men called pinpoint airstrikes on attacking al Qaeda reinforcements who were trying to overun the islolated trapped rangers.Up to 300 enemy estimated to have perished as result of the strikes." - Matt Boulliaut and his Section were later awarded Distinguished servive cross for their actions. That is on Page 218 if you ever come across the book, good read although it skips some of their more covert achievements
Respond to this video... Give me proof there isn't a flying manbearpig that dances around the universe with a disco ball. No proof there isn't? Best start believing he must exist then........
I'm looking forward to the sequel that comes out in 2012 to this first medal of honor, i actually quite liked it, they did a good job and am reallllly lookin forward to what danger close and dice throw in the multiplayer and campaign. :)
@MVA15SEAL Humans are anything but imperfect, we too have many flaws. That was proven many times in the past and is still proven in the present. Even the gods themselves aren't perfect. No being, human, god or nonhuman, is or will ever be.
I'll admit it, I cried when POFC Neil Roberts died8(.... it made me think about how it really happened in real life.... I almost made it into the Marines but due to my lack of hearing in my right ear I was never givin the opportunity to serve my country... these years I'm still trying to get them to approve my medical waiver... if a fat guy and a guy with asthma can get in, then I can too it's just a matter of time I hope.... ain't gettin any younger;).
What kind DNA those men of the Special Forces have? They volunteer for the most underrated, dangerous, selfless, hardest, honorable way of life!! They volunteer for it ! ! ! ! ! ! They VOLUNTEER!! What are they made of ? ? What's in their DNA ? ? And the most important question, Why do I deserve to be protected by this men while I sleep safe at home? Why ? How can I pay for it? What did i do to deserve this? To be protected by the most honorable men on Earth?
@SantinoCorleoneSonny It's the same DNA that all of us have. They're human. They cry, they smile, they laugh and they die like all of us. They're mortal. That is what makes them do it. The guys next to them, they do it for them. They do it for that mans wife, kids, his future and his memories. They fight for their brother.
@DvineGaming I know, but I still think there's something they have that others don't. Not every man can do what they do. My words are of sincere admiration and praise. And as a civilian I feel so humble and overwhelmed.
From the Revolutionary War to the War on Terrorism, no matter what, the United States military will always bring their foes to justice and create change and spread freedom everywhere. God bless the United States and her vigorous defenders.
Don't get me wrong, I love the concept, but the whole thing with an elite squad gunning down loads of enemies and the linear levels made it hard for me to enjoy.
I honestly must say this wasn't a good game. Singleplayer was pretty short and really cliched, and multiplayer was rage inducing. Nice soundtrack though :P
Not to be "That Guy," but you don't see heartwarming comments on any Call of Duty video. Medal of Honor is, has been, and always will be the best of the First Person Shooter genre.
Just beat the game today, when the message dedicated to our troops who risk their lives, not just for our freedom, but for the worlds freedom, who have the bases of brotherhood, honor, compassion, caring, teachers, risk takers, and freedom. To see a message like this in a video game, I started to cry, if it wasn't for these men, we wouldn't be a country, we wouldn't of existed for 200 years they have risked their lives to keep freedom alive, I salute you you have truely made life safer
@xXSuperXXNintendoXx Listen, I support most soldiers, I say most because they aren't all heroes. Some soldiers rape people, most don't but a small amount do. We aren't in their country for freedom. Think about it, what if someone from the US decided to kill a politician in China, what if China invaded and patrolled over that? Looked for terrorists? We aren't protecting freedom right now but the good soldiers deserve every bit of our support.
Every body put in a moment of silence for those who have fallen for our sake and pray for those who are fighting for our sake and may them return to there families dead or alive.
hey americans im an iraqi and id like to say..... nonetheless u have invaded my country but still i forgive america because iraq hasn't made good choices in the past ether. but thank you america for doing ur service to keep peace. and just remember not all arabs hate america or are terrorists. as u americans say it what ever it means HOOO AHHHH. god bless us all. everyone have a good day my friends!!!!!!!!!
@gmk120 thank you very much. i like to see people more open minded to things and not let their minds generalize one kind or race to be bad or evil. people always see me as tough or bad but actually im a very friendly person and i like to talk to people of all different backgrounds. oh and btw this game is fuking amazing very authentic.
@IRAQYsniper95 Im sry my Iraqi friend for my country to invading yours, It's not fair for you or your people, America isn't perfect. No ones perfect, not even the almighty himself. If everyone was perfect, there wouldn't be any need of war. But we try, oh we so try, we're sorry. We'll do our best to do our jobs and get the hell out of there, thank you for your kindness.=)
@IRAQYsniper95 THIS GUY ISN'T AN IRAQI!! I can prove it:
this is a comment he wrote on a mw3 video recently:
"haha cod sent their launch trailer when there game doesn't even come out till like 2 weeks. they just wanted to do that because people were still in awe of watching BF3 launch trailer"
Electronic Arts Publishing regulations only allow release of their games in Europe, North America, and Australia. Nothing in the PAL region. Guess who published Battlefield and MOH?: Electronic Arts.
@IRAQYsniper95 the fact that i can find a comment of you talking about battlefield and watching a medal of honor video means that you aren't from iraq. These games are not published in that region. You wouldn't be able to watch these trailers. I was able to find that out in just a few mins. you really want me to keep digging? don't reply buddy ur busted.
I will say this though. I agree with the message you are trying to send. The United States needs all the help to improve their foreign image.
@tentim10 omg ur so...... jesus christ im am currently living in canada dum dum. check ur eyes my channel says i live in canada but im from Iraq. my friend dont tell me im not an IRAQI this actually quite insults me okay.
@IRAQYsniper95 I respect you more than a lot of people I have come across on here, Your comment hits on all points, Both countries made bad choices and you thank us for the services we have done while we are there, Stay safe my friend and I wish you the best. From America
I personally dedicate this song to my best friend who was recently KIA in an ied 2 weeks ago when stationed in Kandahar. R.I.P. Gunnery Sergeant Liam Wickman. I love u and miss u and i will help ur ol lady and ur family get through this. Heartbreakers and Lifetakers, brother.

Snakebite142 4 days ago
@Snakebite142 Yeah :( But in the case of Iran, they really ARE up to no good. It's just about impossible to deny that at this point, the evidence against them is so overwhelming. Which makes it WORSE because we're going to be sending our guys against a bunch of nuclear armed Theocrats who think they have god on their side! This is a very tough time to be a soldier.

MOH's story wrecks every other story of any recent shooter. I honestly felt sad and hurt when Rabbit died.

Gam3rzulu 4 months ago
@Gam3rzulu I'm glad i'm not the only one who reads up on the historical background of these games. The main reason we failed in finding Bin Laden in the Shah-i-Kot region was that the Pakistani government tipped him off, as confirmed by Tajikistani intelligence. This is why we didn't tell Pakistan anything prior to the Abottobad raid.

Gam3rzulu 3 months ago
@Gam3rzulu The battle consisted of
2 SEAL teams
1 Ranger platoon
3 Airmen
4 MH-47 Chinooks
1 AC-130 gunship
mayson12451245 3 months ago
@mayson12451245 I have to give you a source and a quote dont I, The Amazing SAS (2006) - (3-4 March) "Boulliaut was able to outmanouver the enemy and significantly influence the income of the battle. His actions saved the lives of more than thirty US Army rangers who has been stranded during an attempt to resuce downed US Navy SEAL Petty officer First Class Niel Roberts, who had fallen from a chopper and had been killed in action. wave after wave of advancing enemy - (see next comment)
Gam3rzulu 3 months ago
@mayson12451245 (if confused see previous comment) was wiped out as Boulliaut and his men called pinpoint airstrikes on attacking al Qaeda reinforcements who were trying to overun the islolated trapped rangers.Up to 300 enemy estimated to have perished as result of the strikes." - Matt Boulliaut and his Section were later awarded Distinguished servive cross for their actions. That is on Page 218 if you ever come across the book, good read although it skips some of their more covert achievements
